We hope you love your Seasons purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, most items (excluding bespoke products) can be returned for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

How to Start a Return

Please email us at info@seasons-boutique.com within 14 working days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and state whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
We will then send you full instructions on how to complete your return.

After the 14-day period has passed, we are unable to offer refunds.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which you received them, including all original packaging.

Please handle items with reasonable care before returning them.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly refund or replace it.
Please email us with clear photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked postage service. Seasons Publishing Ltd cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit unless tracking shows the parcel has been delivered and signed for by our team.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we will do our best to accommodate this depending on stock availability.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your return, we will assess the item and email you to confirm whether it has been accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for bespoke or personalised products.
