Payment Terms
We are unable to ship any items until full payment — including shipping fees — has been received. Payment is taken in full at the time your order is processed.
Shipping Information
Dispatch Times

Non-bespoke items: dispatched within 2 working days.

Bespoke items: production times vary — please check individual product descriptions for specific details.
We do not ship at weekends.
Orders placed after 2pm GMT on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Shipping Fees
Delivery charges are applied in addition to the cost of your purchased items.
Your shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Unless stated otherwise, all orders will be delivered within 14 days.
Missed Deliveries
Once your order has been dispatched, it is the customer’s responsibility to receive the delivery.
If you miss your delivery, please follow the instructions provided via SMS or the card left by the courier to rearrange delivery or collection.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
When your order is dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@seasons-boutique.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the customer upon delivery (DAP – Delivered at Place).

Refusal to pay customs charges will result in the parcel being returned to us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in these circumstances.
Bespoke Products
Bespoke items require 7–10 working days for production.
Once completed, your order will be dispatched directly to you.
If you need your bespoke item within 10 working days, please select DHL Express at checkout and email us at info@seasons-boutique.com.

We cannot accept cancellations, changes, returns, or refunds for bespoke items.
